Optimal Work
Embrace challenges. Find flow. Transcend yourself.
OptimalWork, founded by Harvard psychiatrist Dr. Kevin Majeres, provides a groundbreaking approach to personal and professional development. It is a methodology that applies the latest in neuroscience and behavioral psychology to help individuals thrive amidst any challenge.
The purpose of this group will be to optimize each student’s time through deep focus and a spirit of self-giving. Through Dr. Majeres’ knowledge of neuroscience and behavioral psychology, the program trains students individually to overcome the inevitable challenges of their lives through Masterclass videos and a weekly measurement tool that measures the student’s progress. A mentor will meet with each student weekly as well. Check out The Golden Hour podcast (see episode 89 for an overview) to learn more, or browse the website at optimalwork.com.
